Dubbo Regional Council owns a number of community halls across the Local Government Area; including Dubbo, Wongarbon, Mumbil and Wellington.

Hall Bookings and Fees
To book a community hall please view Council's fees and charges at Integrated Planning and Reporting, then complete and return the booking form.
The Pipe Band Hall is only available for hire to Not for Profit Community Groups who require the venue for workshops, training and meetings.
Please note, community halls are not available for long-term hire or for the purpose of private celebrations, parties or social events.
Submission of the booking form does not automatically confirm your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you dependent on availability. Please read the Terms and Conditions listed on the booking form prior to applying.
