Dubbo Regional Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Real Estate Agents for an exclusive agency agreement for twelve (12) months in relation to the sale of the remaining unsold lots within Stage 5, Release 2 of Keswick Estate Dubbo.
Keswick Estate Stage 5 Release 2 is a Council-owned residential land release conveniently located in Dubbo close to schools, shopping services, business districts and more.
Construction was completed in 2023 and the land has been registered with NSW Land Registry Services as DP 1280301. As at 31January 2025 there are thirty-two (32) lots remaining for sale.

property@dubbo.nsw.gov.au from 9am Friday 31 January 2025. This opportunity closes 2pm Friday 7 March 2025.
A meeting is scheduled for all interested applicants to discuss the tender process. This meeting will provide the opportunity for applicants to have access to the same information which is more transparent in the tender process.
