Liquor and Gaming NSW now have a Hospitality Concierge which assist with liquor licence applications. The Hospitality Concierge is a new ‘one stop shop’ for hospitality businesses to find out more about the new liquor licence reforms and to help your business benefit from new initiatives that reduce red tape and support the 24-hour economy.

STEPS WHEN APPLYING
There are many steps in applying for a licence through Liquor & Gaming NSW.
You will need to inform Council (or NSW Liquor & Gaming automatically inform Council) of your Liquor Licence application regarding:
- a Community Impact Statement (CIS), or
- Development Approval/Development Consent

This allows the community, local Police and council the opportunity to comment on the application.
