Filming and Photography for News
Media, in the first instance, must obtain permission from Council's Communications Services team to enter Council facilities (including but not limited to Dubbo Regional Airport, Western Plains Cultural Centre, Old Dubbo Gaol, Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre and the Dubbo City Animal Shelter and Wellington Pound).
Permission must be obtained to take photographs or footage of Council facilities, sites and staff.
As a general rule, media must also check-in with the facility or event manager and be accompanied on-site during their visit.

Dubbo Regional Council may permit access to a range of images of Council facilities, projects and various regional events.
