NSW EPA ANNUAL HOUSEHOLD CHEMICAL CLEAN OUT
The annual NSW EPA household chemical clean out will occur on Saturday 12 August at locations in Dubbo and Wellington.
The clean-out allows residents to safely dispose of household chemical products, including household cleaners, pool and hobby chemical and pesticides.
Items that can be disposed of include garden chemicals, pool chemicals, household cleaners, hobby chemicals, poisons, batteries, paint, motor oils, fluids and fuels, fluoro lights, gas bottles, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
Dubbo Regional Council have again partnered with NetWaste to provide this service to the community.
In Dubbo:
- Dubbo Regional Council Work Depot on Hawthorn Street
- 8am to 11am on Saturday 12 August
In Wellington:
- Wellington Waste Station Nanima Village Road
- 1pm to 4pm on Saturday 12 August
Only domestic household quantities are accepted with 20L or 20kg the maximum container size and the service is not available for businesses or commercial quantities.
