SITE TOUR TO HIGHLIGHT REGAND PARK WORKS
Dubbo Regional Council invites residents to join a walkthrough of the Regand Park area in which works relating to the first stage of the Macquarie River Master Plan (North and South Precincts) are being implemented.
The Master Plan was adopted by Councillors in April 2023 and as part of the start of works, Dubbo Regional Council has pegged out the internal network for the area.
Before works start on the pavement designs, Community members are invited to take a walk around the area.
During the tour the location of the South Dubbo Weir Picnic Area will also be highlighted.
The funding for the South Dubbo Weir Picnic Area is being provided by the NSW Government after Council resolved to accept the funding opportunity during the August Ordinary Council Meeting.
The walkthrough will take place from 8.30am to 10.30am on 29 September, 2023.
Interested parties are asked to meet at the lower Tamworth Street barbecue area and requested to wear fully enclosed footwear, long trousers, hat and sunscreen and bring a bottle of water.
