WORKS ON NEW PATHWAY PROJECT AT LADY CUTLER OVAL TO START
Works will start on the concrete pathway project at Lady Cutler Oval near Sandy Beach from Thursday 30 November.
Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) has engaged Semmler Building Projects to complete the works.
The walkway will be open during construction period with some minor detours in place as works progress.
The works will be undertaken in a staged approach to minimise disruptions to users.
The works will see 510 metres of granite pathway being replaced with a 2.5 metre wide concrete pathway from Sandy Beach carpark to the existing concrete pathway finishing at Lady Cutler South Park expected to completed within three weeks, weather permitting.
The final 110 metre section from Sandy Beach carpark to the north along the existing granite pathway is expected to be completed in February 2024.
