KESWICK ESTATE STAGE 5 RELEASE 2 AUCTIONS THIS MONTH
Dubbo Regional Council’s (DRC) 52 unregistered blocks of land within Keswick Estate will go to auction this month.
The auctions will be run as a hybrid style, both online and in person at the Western Plains Cultural Centre (WPCC) in Dubbo.
The 52 blocks, including 4 (four) dual lots will be auctioned over 3 (three) dates.

Auction 1: 10:30am, 14 October 2022 (17 unregistered lots, including 4 dual service lots)

Auction 2: 10:30am, 21 October 2022 (17 unregistered lots)

Auction 3: 10:30am, 28 October 2022 (18 unregistered lots)
Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the Keswick Estate website to view the parcels of land and also register to bid on each block. Potential bidders will undergo a bidder approval process; Council recommends bidders to register for multiple lots initially, to save having to undergo this process a secondary time.
