URBAN HEAVY PATCHING ROAD REPAIRS UNDERWAY IN DUBBO
Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) advises the community of heavy patching road repairs that have been programmed for the following 10 locations in Dubbo:
• Yarrandale Road – 21 L Yarrandale Road (Pickles Auctions)
• Yarrandale Road – between Cobbora Road and Merrilea Road
• Yarrandale Road – Merrilea Road Intersection
• Fitzroy St (three locations) – between Purvis Lane and 60 Fitzroy Street
• Wheelers Lane – Eumung Street Intersection
• Wheelers Lane – Oak Street Intersection
• Wheelers Lane – Hennessy Drive Intersection
• Boundary Road – Margaret Crescent Intersection
• Macquarie Street – Healy Street Intersection
• Tamworth Street – Gipps Street Intersection
These repairs are scheduled to begin on Tuesday 9 July 2024, with an estimated completion date of Saturday 3 August 2024, weather permitting.
Due to this work, stop and slow traffic management will be in place during the daytime.
Works crews will carry out a door knock on the day of the work for residents that will have affected driveway access. Access will be returned to normal on the same day.
These works will improve the quality of the road surface, ensuring a smoother and safer ride.
